Mark has held his real estate broker's license since 1995 and he started Titan 360 in 2020, as a premier brokerage house based in Rochester, MN. Strategizing with tenants and owners to structure a solution that is mutually beneficial is his strong suit.

Prior to starting Titan 360 Mark spent 28 years with Titan Development & Investments in various roles where he utilized his strategic skills in evaluating potential development opportunities as well as being instrumental on the team in securing financing for projects. Over the course of his career at Titan Development, Mark was responsible for financing and maintaining lender relationships as well as equity partner relationships in many of the projects that Titan developed.

As an active member of the community for over 30 years he has participated on numerous boards and committees throughout his career. He is past chair of the Rochester Area Family Y and the Rochester Downtown Alliance. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's. Member of MNCAR and Minnesota Association of Realtors.

Mark is originally from Iowa, receiving his Bachelor's degree from Luther College. Mark & his wife, Teresa, reside in Rochester, and have children and grandchildren in Minneapolis and Colorado.
